A season of reforms?
The market is interestingly poised between hopes of further reforms and cynicism about Indian politics. The next three months will provide more clarity on the direction and depth of India's reforms. The winter session of Parliament will provide evidence of the government's ability to conduct legislative business and the Budget will provide evidence of fiscal consolidation.
