Banks must support realty sector: CREDAI
Banks must ensure adequate funds to the real estate sector in order to revive activity says CREDAI president Lalit Kumar Jain. He adds that CREDAI is in the process of compiling a list of unfinished projects, which they intend to submit to banks for lending. CREDAI however does not see much scope for a reduction in real estate prices as input costs have been on the rise.
