BNP Paribas group to buy institutional business from Geojit
Satish Menon, ED, Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services that BNP Paribas group will be acquiring 100 per cent of the loss-making institutional business from Geojit for Rs 40.5 crore. However, he added that the transaction will have no impact on 33.5 per cent shareholding of BNP Paribas in Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services.
