Budget should focus on reforms, avoid tax hikes: Adi Godrej
On NDTV Profit's show Banking on the Budget, Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group spoke about how the government needs to make some major reforms like introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the Budget. "Cooperation of Centre and State is a must for a success of GST," he said adding that any increase in the tax rates will be negative to growth.
