Budget should focus on twin deficits: experts
The Union Budget 2013 must focus on the twin deficits and take measures to reduce the fiscal deficit and specially the revenue deficit, say Abheek Barua from HDFC Bank, and Dr Arvind Virmani, former Chief Economic Advisor. The government must also try and tackle the high current account deficit through prudent macro-economic policies, they add.
