Centre to borrow Rs 2.87 lakh cr for H1 of FY11
The government plans to borrow Rs 2.87 lakh crore in the first half of the 2010-11 financial year, which will be 63 percent of the full-year borrowing. The government's net borrowings for the whole financial year will be 345,000 crore.
