Centurm view on M&A deals
According to Aarthi Ramakrishnan, head of equity capital markets, Centrum Capital, there has been shrinkage of M&A deals. On analyzing, major drying up of M&A volumes has happened on large cross-border deals which are more dependent on offshore credit markets, she said.
