Commercial realty has bottomed out: Oberoi Realty
Oberoi Realty made a good start on the Dalal Street, opening over seven per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange against its issue. Vikas Oberoi, CMD of Oberoi Realty Ltd, said the company will continue to push its own limits and keep its focus on Mumbai. He said supplies have bottomed out commercially.
