Dabur to buy US-based Namaste Labs for Rs 450 cr
Fast moving consumer goods maker Dabur India Ltd has said its US unit Dermoviva Skin Essentials will acquire US-based personal care company Namaste Laboratories for Rs 450 crore. The deal includes Namaste Lab's two units in the US and one each in South Africa and Nigeria.
