Dental corp business divested to reduce debt: Fortis Healthcare
In conversation with NDTV, Vishal Bali, Group CFO of Fortis Healthcare, states that the Dental corp business was divested to reduce debt and that this would impact EBITDA margins. He also spoke about fund raising plans of the company and the plan to bring down the promoter holding till 75 per cent.
