Disinvestment Proceeds Should be Used to Build Capital Assets: Sajjid Chinoy
The government should focus on disinvestment to raise revenues in the budget as state-owned enterprises are currently trading at attractive valuation, says Sajjid Chinoy, India Economist at JP Morgan. The proceeds from disinvestment, however, should be used to create capital assets, he added.
