DoT puts up roadblock in BSNL’s IPO plans
BSNL's plans to raise funds through an IPO may face a roadblock from its own controlling ministry, the department of Telecommunications, which is the administrative department for BSNL. The company now says that it wants to go for an IPO only when its performance improves.
