Early elections not ruled out: Yashwant Sinha
Early elections cannot be ruled out, says former finance minister Yashwant Sinha. However, he feels that early polls may help ease the uncertainty for the markets. He also says that he doesn't share the optimism of the government around the prospects of an economic recovery in FY14.
