'ECB should support more Italian and Spanish debt'
Gerard Lyons, chief economist and head of research at Standard Chartered says that European leaders have failed to act with speed to address the debt problem. Italy's debt levels are unsustainable. The European Central Bank (ECB) should continue to support Italian and Spanish debt.
