Expect EBITDA at 30% during FY12: Prestige Estates
Venkat K Narayan, CFO of Prestige Estates Project, says the PAT in the first quarter was subdued due to low revenue recognition from existing projects. He says the business on ground has been very good and expects EBIDTA margins to stay at 30 per cent during the current fiscal.
