Fall in interest rates to boost demand for property: Adi Godrej
Adi Godrej, Chairman of Godrej Industries said that a strong uptrend in real estate is ahead of us and once interest rates come down, demand for residential properties will see a revival. "Expect interest rates to come down from March-April," he added.
