FII investment in MFs a positiveā move: IDBI
Krishnamurthy Vijayan, MD and CEO, IDBI Asset Management Ltd, says the Finance Ministerās move to allow FIIs to invest in mutual fund schemes, is a positive development for institutional investors of small and medium size. The move would enable the sector to have a direct access to foreign investors and widen the class of foreign investors in the Indian equity market, he said.
