Genpact COO on stellar Q1 results
Driven by strong demand, BPO major Genpact has posted a 28.2 per cent jump in net income at $36.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Tiger Tyagrajan, COO at Genpact, said the growth was driven by global client business proecess management and smart decision services. The company has also raised its annual revenue growth outlook to 23-25%.
