Give 25% of profit from land resale to farmers
NC Saxena, member of National Advisory Council (NAC) says the proposal of sharing 80 per cent of profit with farmers, from developing and selling the land is not very sound. Instead, whenever the land is sold again, 25% of the profits should be paid to the farmers.
