India’s economic outlook gloomy: Moody’s
According to Sherman Chan, economist at Moody's Economy.com, India's economic outlook is gloomy because first of all the economic growth in slowing. Because of heavy debt burden it is quite difficult for Indian government to implement fiscal stimulus and it is relying heavily on central bank to loosen monetary policy, she says.
