Insurance IPOs: SEBI for exhaustive disclosures on business models
Market Regulator SEBI wants life insurance companies, which plan to list on bourses, to tighten their belts when it comes to making disclosures in their prospectus and share with the investors their exhaustive business projections and not just the valuations.
