IPL: Divide within Maharashtra govt
The Congress and the NCP may have at long last arrived at a seat sharing agreement in Maharashtra but they're finding it harder to come to a consensus on providing security to IPL matches in the state. Sections of the Maharashtra police have big reservations about having matches at the same time as elections but the state's home minister a Sharad Pawar man is lobbying hard for the IPL.
