Not too long back, infrastructure was the sunshine sector and every big player in this space wanted a share of the pie of this sunshine industry. But the last two quarters of this fiscal have changed the scenario. High interest rates, lack of liquidity and long gestation period of returns have made even the big infrastructure companies stay away from dream projects.
