JLR drives Tata Motors profits for Q3
Tata Motors has reported a near fourfold rise in third-quarter consolidated net profit, helped by higher sales by its UK-based unit Jaguar-Land Rover. The consolidated net revenues of the company for the third quarter grew 22 per cent at Rs 31,685 crore; its proft for the quarter jumped 50 per cent to over Rs 4800 crore.
