Just Dial Management on Share Buyback

Ramkumar Krishnamachari, chief finance officer at Just Dial, told NDTV that the company has cash reserves of around Rs 900 crore and the statutory regulations allow to use upto 25 per cent of free reserves for share buyback. Share buyback is one of the optimal uses of the cash, the company added.
