Lavasa looking at out of court settlement
The big face off between the environment ministry and the Lavasa promoters may be set to end, with Lavasa saying there will be an out of court settlement. The environment ministry has slapped a stop work notice on the township and said work can resume only after it gets further details and a fund is set up to restore environmental balance.
