Liquidity concerns for banks
TY Prabhu, CMD of Oriental Bank of Commerce, said that the broadband and advance tax outflows have resulted in tight liquidity conditions but the saving grace has been the low credit growth. The liquidity squeeze could continue for another 3-4 weeks.
