Margins seem lower on pvt equity deal last year: Godrej Properties
Pirojsha Godrej, ED of Godrej Properties says that the EBITDA margins seem lower this year compared to Q2 earnings of last year as the firm inked a big private equity deal that time. He says that increase in bookings have been due to new projects being launched and existing projects doing well.
