Mumbai property market better despite sluggish transactions: Orbit Corporation
Ram Yadav, head of finance and strategies at Orbit Corp, believes that things are getting better for the Mumbai property market although actual transactions remain sluggish. Orbit's Mandwa project is also likely to see traction with relevant govt approvals expected soon, he adds.
