Oberoi Realty ropes in a global contractor for Worli project
Vikas Oberoi, CMD of Oberoi Realty, says the company has brought on board Samsung C&T Corporation as its general contractor for its ambitious mixed-use, high-rise luxury project in Worli, Mumbai. The project would comprise of hotel, residential and high-end office space. The deal marks the entry of Samsung C&T in the Indian real estate space.
