Overweight on realty stocks: Axis Bank
Nilesh Shah, President (Corporate Banking) at Axis Bank says value investors with high risk appetite can buy cash rich and rightly valued realty companies. Shah also adds that while interest rates have gone up, interest cost as a percentage of sales have not gone up.
