Qualcomm plans to lease Broadband Wireless Access spectrum
In an effort to monetise the spectrum it has won in the BWA auction and propagate LTE technology, Qualcomm, the US-based technology innovator, is looking outsource services to telecom players on its Broadband internet spectrum.
