RBI measures temporary in nature: Montek

Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia says RBI's measures to curb rupee liquidity are temporary in nature and necessary for growth. Once these measures have helped to stabilize rupee they can be reversed, he says.
