RBI tightens home loan norms
Commenting on the RBI’s move to assign more risk weight on home loans above Rs 75 lakh, Rajeev Talwar, group ED at DLF, said that the move will make loans a little more expensive for borrowers, unless the banks chose to raise rates right now.
