Realty sector to see revival: National Housing Bank
The National Housing Bank expects a pick-up in the realty sector as a revival in sentiment will help push demand. The NHB is also in the process of compiling a list of unfinished projects that need financial aid from the banking sector. Chairman R.V. Verma says that growth in fund flows to the sector through HFCs and banks will help revive activity.
