RIL-ADAG pact: Who's the winner?
Speaking over who has got the advantage in the RIL-ADAG pact, Hemant Sahai, principal at Hemant Sahai Associates, said he believes the RIL group has got the balance here because it is unlikely that anybody wants to set up new capacity in refining.
