RIL close to acquire Bharti's stake in Axa JV

After announcing his entry into the financial sector in India with a JV with US based DE-Shaw, Reliance Industries is now finalising its plans to enter the life insurance sector. RIL is close to acquire Bharti's 74 per cent stake in its life insurance business Bharti-Axa.
