Rising interest rates worry loan borrowers
Pratik Shah is a worried man as his equally monthly installment on home loan is going up. But what’s troubling him even more is the possibility of further rise in his EMIs in the coming months. State Bank of India, has raised its lending rate by 0.75 per cent taking its effective home loan rate to 10.25 percent.
