Rising prices not a sign of govt failure: Pranab
The government had not failed in implementing its role over price rise issue, claimed Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in Lok Sabha on July 28. "There are certain compulsions. I had certain compulsions. There has not been any failure of the government," he said.
