S&P chief economist on US outlook downgrade
Standard & Poor's cut its outlook on US government debt to negative from stable. On this, Standard & Poor's chief economist David Wyss, said yes there is danger that there could be a downgrade. He said there is still time to fix it and hoped that the Congress will do something about it.
