S&P's India outlook downgrade a wake-up call for government: Experts

Global rating agency Standard & Poor's has cut its outlook on India from stable to negative. Commenting on the rating Jayesh Mehta, Country Treasurer, Bank of America and Chaitanya Pande, Head - Fixed Income at ICICI Prudential Asset Management told NDTV Profit that the downgrade to have large repercussions and it is a wake-up call for the Indian government.
