Spectrum price cut may not attract bidders for Mumbai, Delhi circles: PwC
The cut in reserve price for 4 telecom circles is a positive move, says Mohammad Chowdhury, executive director and leader of telecom sector at PwC. However he adds that the cut may not be deep enough to generate interest in the Mumbai and Delhi circles.
