Stimulus II 'build up' falls flat
The substantial counter-cyclical stimulus has been greeted with a mixed response from the infrastructure sector though the monetary measures promise some meaningful relief. The fiscal package may not quite pass the feasibility test. The road to recovery for infrastructure may still be bumpy as the much hyped second stimulus package fell flat on the government's face.
