Strides Acrolab to buy minority stake in Ascent Pharma
Bangalore-based drug-maker Strides Arcolab says it has initiated talks with Ascent Pharmahealth, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, to acquire a minority stake in the company. The offer values the enterprise at 100 million Australian dollars.
