J C Sharma, MD of Sobha Developers spoke to NDTV Profit about its Q4 results, optimistic guidance for FY13, new project launches and pricing environment. Its Q4 sales rose to Rs 473.9 cr from Rs 320.2 cr (YoY) while Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 89 cr from Rs 40.2 cr in the year ago period.
