Telecom tariffs will rise in the coming months: Rajan Mathews
The big hope in the marketplace as far as telecom stocks are concerned is that voice tariffs will go up. Rajan Mathews, director general, COAI, thinks it is possible that tariffs will move upwards in the coming few months. Timing, though, is tough to call.
