US could see a rebound in Q4 of 2009: Moody's
Sherman Chan, an economist with Moody's Economy.com, said it is too early to say that economic conditions have improved. She feels that the US economy could see a rebound in the fourth quarter of 2009 and recovery across Asia could begin by early 2010.
