Vascon Engineers: A realty play?
Around 80-90 per cent of Vascon's core earnings in future would be contributed by real estate development. The Windermere project in Pune is expected to generate around Rs 700-800 crore for the company over the next 2-3 years. Overall, with 55 million sq. ft of developable area, the company is projecting robust earnings growth right up to 2016-17.
