"Death is nothing, but the next great adventure," said Albus Dumbledore to an 11-year-old Harry Potter. While death is unavoidable, we're not comfortable talking about it. For instance, when a loved one speaks about life after their time, we ask them to change the topic.
In this new video released by The Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC), terminally ill patients - Pooran Issarsingh, Janice Powell, Manudevi Singh and Narendra Mhatre took to stage for a quick stand-up comedy act and joke about their imminent death.
They had been trained by professional stand-up comedians Kunal Kamra, Kashyap Swaroop, Vinay Sharma and Punit Pania as a part of a public awareness campaign, #LaughAtDeath, which has been created by Medulla Communications.
