'Chinese presence at Pak border a concern'
Lt Gen KT Parnaik, Northern Army Commander has expressed concern over increasing presence of Chinese troops along the line of control with Pakistan. Speaking to NDTV's Defence Editor Nitin A Gokhale he said that India has to keep a stricter watch and be careful about border management.
